Starting our week off right with in-chair exercise with Massage Therapist Betsy!  Always a special thank you to the United Way of Virginia’s Eastern Shore for assisting with funding for our in-chair exercise group!

No Limits members volunteered to ring bells again this week for the Salvation Army.  This week we say “thank you” to Brandon and Kyle (not pictured) for ringing the bells!
