C L getting into the spirit of Christmas writing thank you cards next to his collection of reindeer!  These cards will be delivered to members of the Onancock Chapter of Dining for Women who made a recent donation to No Limits.

Starting our week off right with in-chair exercise with Massage Therapist Betsy!  Always a special thank you to the United Way of Virginia’s Eastern Shore for assisting with funding for our in-chair exercise group!
Hand-making Christmas ornaments!  Some will be used as Christmas gifts.  Good work everybody!

No Limits members volunteered to ring bells again this week for the Salvation Army.  This week we say “thank you” to Brandon and Kyle (not pictured) for ringing the bells!
