Who are we?
No Limits Eastern Shore (NLES) is a private nonprofit brain injury services provider. Our mission is to improve the lives of adult survivors of brain injury on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. We operate No Limits, a day support program, and provide information and referral services. We are also funded to provide case management services. We are funded by state general funds administered by the Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services and private grants and donations.

Who do we serve?
We serve adult survivors of acquired brain injury, whether the injury was traumatic or non-traumatic. Acquired brain injury (ABI) is an injury to the brain that is not hereditary, congenital, degenerative or induced by birth trauma and that has occurred after birth.
What do we do?
We help survivors of brain injury to be as independent, as physically integrated, and as socially included as possible in the community while encouraging them to engage in meaningful productive activity. We do this at day support by providing a variety of activities, developed by our team of Certified Brain Injury Specialists, which are targeted to help improve and maintain the areas of the brain most commonly affected after a brain injury: cognition, attention, memory, movement, and communication. We also provide information and referral services for brain injury survivors. Our Case Coordinator provides specialized brain injury case management services to help survivors of brain injury achieve their goals.
Where are we located?
We are located in the town of Tasley on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. We currently serve adult brain injury survivors in both Accomack and Northampton County. For full contact information please click here: Contact Us.
