Olivia Peart was a Junior at Northampton High School when she was awarded as one of the four first prize recipients of the 2020 Kathleen Walsh Richardson Citizenship Award. She assisted in volunteer work for a variety of community events including helping out with Highway Cleanup with the Cape Charles Rotary, assisting with food preparation for the “A South You Never Ate Event” at the Barrier Islands Center, and working as an announcer for Northampton High Wrestling. Olivia also volunteered as a 4H Camp Counselor teaching skills such as leathercrafting to youth at the camp.
