Robert Charles Cooley, was a senior at Broadwater Academy when he was named the 2015 Kate Award Winner. Robert Charles is an extremely dedicated young man. He has volunteered with a number of organizations including the Food Bank of the Eastern Shore, the Arc of the Eastern Shore, Eastern Shore Habitat for Humanity, and Eastern Shore Hospice. Robert Charles has also participated in charitable events throughout the community. He has assisted with an organized hurricane relief clean up, assisted with local events such as Riverside Shore Memorial Antique Show and the YMCA’s Camp Silver Beach, and helped out at his church, Franktown United Methodist. Robert Charles is a wonderful young man and sets a great example on how to give back to the community with his actions.
